Red skin and proud

to be frank i have always been proud of the red skins because the name  symbolised what was best about indians.....

when someone wants to change the name of a team that very much represents indian pride to me - i don't know how the hell some one would get offended.

over the top stupidity - i know native american's that support the team, racial slur was never on my mind in respect to the team name when i started supporting them as the only team who directly saw pride in wearing the colours of a native peoples

sex workers (when or if and is) what is or isnot right

that is a complex issue ....
for many a young person is told the same story daily in the east and other places ...

there is a job but is it always a humane job,

what does the term respectable mean and can we truly believe that there is a place for the pacification of a persons need for the flesh ? well there are arguments of the voluntary and honest recruitment of sexual aid workers and also against dishonest trade.

if a manor woman can find no place in their hearts to at least respect a sex worker a little, they have no right to go to one to remove the burdens that can and do exist within those who might break down , suffer and or lose their minds on solitude and or bereavement.

many angles are taken on sex work but rarely are people faced with those who are truly thankful for the ability to exist thanks to those who do their trade with true willingness and genuity.

we can talk about negativeness but truly do we face the truths on all sides and or be truly honest with the complexities of human interaction or the heritage from the past where a trade or passing of burden can be seen through metaphor or in truth

the claim of non citizenship and right to not obey - caveats

look at it this way a claim of non citizenship comes with several caveats that i believe you may not have thought of...

1 medical services
2 the dol
3 lands or parts there of belonging to the land such as water services and roads...

as a being with no right to citizenship i expect you may be expelled from the nation unless you apply for a visa...

paying taxes or bills requires money and money ether comes from work - trade and or stipend....

as a person who nether acknowledges the law or binds themselves in contract under it, you may well be denied a bank account and or the right to protection under the law...

what does that mean ? in theory some agency could kill you and claiming that you do not hold a citizenship in the world and or place of legal residence that you may effectively be a non corpse.

also as a person with no citizenship you may well be extradited to a nation of their choice and or expelled - to a nation or nations where they will accept you.

the constitution versus the north American trade pact

We have considered the charge of the pacts carried out world wide in the formation of nation trade agreement in particular the north american trade agreement and the trans Atlantic pact

we have found several alarming possibilities (says the prosecutor)

the laws made within this pact go directly against the constitution that separated the law and dominion of judges from the executive branch of governance....

according to this fact we here by allege that the executive branch has breached the national trust in changing the foundation and meaning of the will of the people...

for they have directly permitted outside agencies to dictate to the executive branch that a law may or may not be made in practice, in short the executive branch has become the servant of an international consortium of businesses and governances , rather than being governed by the people that we the people elect,

due to this we allege that the executive branch has replaced the constitution of the nations without asking or informing the people and handed over power to a body outside of the governance or approval of a nations people and in short may well be considered in error or treasonous in the most sever form that is enact-able,

we ask the judge to enact a fair judgement in the case : the people versus

defence : we plead ignorance we plead vanity but not a true act of betrayal

data sovereignty war of nations

Legal issues of data sovereignty and data protection with civil liberties and rights to data protection under the sovereignty of nations – chartered under the united nations code of conduct

under the terms for the sovereignty of nations and the respect and treaties of boundaries … chartered under the united nations and the rights a citizen has to the protection of data and or property within the land that the data and or records/property is held,

the government of the nation requesting the data must make a truthful testament in the courts of the land or nation that they are requesting the personal data from.

The land upon which the case is being attested must provide whatever free or social defence that the defendant in the case needs – according to the laws of the land and if necessary hire a defendant to represent the accused – because the accused is clearly the victim.

However the prosecution must first prove that the accused is suspected of doing something worthy of an international claim on documents physically stored (ether on a hard drive or on paper etcetera) and do so in a civil court because of the fact that no legal claim of sovereignty can be issued without conquering the aforementioned lands..

after proving legal grounds within the lands that claimed to contain data of relevance to a case and that the data belongs to a person they have legal right to claim over and that that right does not need to respect the freedoms of the citizen within that land – then they may well get the data
